The links below contain our data processing agreements and are our legally binding contracts that we enter with our customers stating the rights and obligations of each party concerning the protection of personal data processed by Keepit on behalf of the customer.
They include a number of guarantees to the companies that entrust us with personal data on how we process and protect personal data stored with us.
Keepit offers different Data Processing Agreements depending on the customer’s location. Please download the applicable Data Processing Agreement below:
Customers in Denmark, Sweden, or Norway
Keepit offers to enter the Danish Data Protection Agency’s standard contractual clauses for data processing (cf. GDPR Article 28).
Customers in the EU/EEA (excluding Denmark, Sweden, and Norway)
Keepit offers to enter the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses between controllers and processors within the EU/EEA (cf. GDPR Article 28).
Customers outside the EU/EEA
Keepit offers to enter its standard Data Processing Agreement applicable to customers located outside the regions listed above.
