Download data from a shared link

Open the shared link in a browser to view that data that has been shared with you.

Shared file

When a single file is shared, you'll see a preview of it. To download or print the file, click the icons in the top-right corner of the preview window.

Note: Previews may not be available for all file types.

Shared folder

When a folder is shared, you can browse its contents.

• To download the entire folder: Select all items, then click Download > Download.
• To download individual files: Click the download icon next to each item.
• To preview a file: Click on it to open the File Previewer, where you can also download or print it directly.
